Chrysler brings wireless charging mat to 2013 Dodge Dart (video)

The idea isn’t new to the aftermarket crowd, but Mopar has just announced the summer arrival of the industry’s first OEM wireless power mat, which is designed specifically for the 2013 Dodge Dart. It’ll fit snugly within the center console tray, and will charge any properly equipped MP3 player or smartphone. The power mat will retail for $200 and will be available from Chrysler’s network of dealers. As for the 2013 Dart itself, it’ll set you back a mere $15,995.
